Über deinen Job

Bei uns wirst du…  

  • maßgeschneiderte Softwarelösungen gemeinsam mit deinem Team planen, entwickeln und verbessern.
  • Verantwortung für komplette Projekte übernehmen – von der Konzeption bis zum Release, stets im Einklang mit der Produkt- und Kundenvision.
  • Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Product Ownern, Kunden und Stakeholdern erarbeiten.
  • aktiv Technologieentscheidungen und Architekturfragen mitgestalten.
  • Kunden verstehen und auf deren Bedürfnisse eingehen sowie neben der Software auch die Geschäftsprozesse in den Unternehmen mit anpassen.
  • die Organisation und unsere Arbeitsweise durch reguläre Syncs und Retrospektiven kontinuierlich verbessern sowie dein Wissen teilen.
  • aktiv unsere Kultur prägen, indem du dich auch bei internen Projekten (z.B. der Spacetime oder Weiterentwicklung der Organisation) einbringst.
Dein Profil

Über dich

Wir suchen jemanden mit:

  • mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise 5+ Jahre in der Entwicklung umfangreicher Softwaresysteme (bevorzugt auf Full-Stack-Ebene).
  • nachweislicher Erfahrung in mehreren Software-Projekten, idealerweise im Kontext größerer Initiativen.
  • der Fähigkeit, komplexe Systemlandschaften schnell zu verstehen und passende Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • hoher Expertise mit Fokus auf Ergebnisse.
  • einem abgeschlossenen Studium in Informatik, Software Engineering oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.
  • guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C1-Level) und Englisch. 
  • einer bereits gültigen EU-Arbeitserlaubnis.  

Darüber hinaus:

  • bist du motiviert, Projekte als ganzes Team zu realisieren.
  • hast du Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und schnell umzusetzenden Änderungen.
  • gestaltest du aktiv die Prozesse und die Kultur des Teams mit.
  • hast du Freude daran, dein Wissen mit dem Team zu teilen und es jederzeit zu unterstützen.
  • fühlst du dich in der remote Arbeitsumgebung wohl und freust dich gleichzeitig auf unsere monatlichen Onsites in Hamburg vor Ort.

Wir sind nicht auf bestimmte Technologien festgelegt, sondern wählen gemeinsam die aus, die für das aktuelle Projekt am besten geeignet sind. Wir erweitern ständig unser Wissen, also ändert sich auch unsere Toolchain.

About your job

With us you will...

  • plan, develop, and improve customised software solutions together with your team.
  • take full ownership of entire projects - from concept to release, always aligned with the product and customer vision.
  • define requirements in collaboration with product owners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • play an active role in technology decisions and architectural questions.
  • communicate clearly and reliably at all times.
  • understand our clients, respond to their needs, and adapt not only the software but also the business processes behind it.
  • continuously improve the organisation and our ways of working through regular syncs and retrospectives, sharing your knowledge along the way.
  • actively shape our culture by contributing to internal initiatives (e.g. Spacetime or organisational development).
Your profile

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • at least 5 years of professional experience in developing complex software systems (ideally full-stack).
  • a proven track record across multiple software projects, ideally as part of larger initiatives.
  • the ability to quickly grasp complex system landscapes and develop appropriate solutions.
  • deep expertise with a results-driven mindset.
  • a degree in computer science, software engineering or a similar field with excellent results.
  • strong communication skills in both german (C1 level) and english.
  • an existing, valid EU work permit.

Nice-to-have:

  • are motivated to deliver projects as a collaborative team.
  • you have experience with agile methods and fast-paced change.
  • proactively contribute to shaping processes and team culture.
  • enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting your team.
  • feel comfortable working remotely but also look forward to our monthly on-site gatherings in Hamburg.
